I joined for the july session. Dont know whats going on, can someone explain please!!!

My admission was approved just few weeks ago for the july session. I have not received any mail for orientation or assignment or classes or exam etc. How will I get these information, will they send mail or I will have to visit my regional centre. Its already december and I have no update about what I am supposed to do.
