1 Week After Surgery Isues

I'm 1 week out of surgery and I'm having the following issues

Random burning sensations that last about 10 seconds. It can occur anywhere from my feet to my knee

Continued numbness from my ankle through my inner shin up to my kneecap

Muscle weakness in my quad and lower leg.

Difficulties in standing and walking due to the numbness and weakness.

Any advice on how to handle this?
