Where are all the dungeons?

I bought renegades after dropping the game since TFS and I feel like an old man trying to navigate the portal. I see Prophecy and GoTD in Legends and single(?) encounters of Pit, Duality, and Warlords in pinnacle but I really just want to play Spire (not even for loot). Am I able to or do I have to wait for Spire to be some kind of featured dungeon?
