LOL Stuttering I upgraded from RX 6600 to RX 9060XT(16gb)

Hi guys I don't know where else I can ask for guide and questions. Recently I upgraded my GPU from RX 6600 to RX 9060 XT. I have a current build below AM4 :

1. Processor - (Ryzen 5 5600X)

2. Mobo - (MSI mag b550m pro vdh wifi)

I see my game fps skyrockets averaging of 250-500fps. But when I actually play, I'm noticing a little stutter or fps drop feels.

What I do is change the resolution setting from 1080p to 1440p or vice versa, then the stuttering/fps drop feels gone. Like its smooth again when I move.

Anyone with amd adrenaline settings that can help me on this guys?
