Bought Samaung TV via Abenson

We recently purchased a 75-inch Samsung TV from Abenson. During delivery, three salesmen accompanied us to set up the TV. They offered an “unlimited subscription” to Netflix, Apple TV, HBO, and similar services, claiming it was a one-time payment of PHP 3,000.

I agreed, but when I later tried to configure the TV, I realized they had simply installed an app called Stremio from the TV’s app store. This app does not provide official access to Netflix, Apple TV, HBO, or other paid services.

It seems that we were misled. I’m concerned about whether these individuals were legitimate Abenson employees and whether they were risking their jobs by doing this?
