Stuff all around me - where to start

So not diagnosed yet but it’s as clear as the sky that I am. I’m just sat here with a cuppa, off to the dr’s shortly to have a review with the pharmacist- I’m missing some meds - I’m looking around and I’ve just got stuff everywhere, I don’t even know where to start. My place isn’t dirty it’s just utterly disorganised. I look at the various piles and just think how do I even start this and today 🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️
