Guess we'd need r/summonerkindergarten

Hi, I recently got two buddies hooked to lol. While I returned to the game (used to be gold 10 years ago) my friends are completely new not only to lol but also to moba and even rts-like controls. After learning the absolute fundamentals against AI I wonder if we should go on and take our first game against players.

Would we be matched against other wood class players or are we gonna get shredded?

Should I start a new account? (not like I'm high elo, but I guess silver players would just stomp my guys in the ground)

Should we just stay in coop vs AI till they confidently win against intermediate bots?

And what combination would you suggest? (I think mid/bot/sup or mid/top/jung)
