Hey guys, I stumbled upon a scar removal cream on a local online website. Normally I would assume this isn't legit, but this product somehow has over 192 reviews, from people with photographs of their scars miraculously getting healed after roughly a month of using it. 

Some of the scars look like scars that would have healed anyway (whether they used the cream or not). But there are a couple of people who had scars that looked like keloid scars and that really interested me, especially since those keloid-like scars were almost completely gone after using it. Which interests me a lot because I currently have a keloid scar on my leg, and I always thought there wasn't really much I could do about it

Another possibility is these scars are actually hypertrophic scars (and not keloid), and so they were just healing naturally anyway? In the reviews, the reviewers didn't specify what type of scar they had - and whether it was a keloid or a hypertrophic scar.

What are you guys thoughts on this? Are there really creams that could make keloid scars vanish completely? It's literally only $12 per tube and I was tempted to buy it, but then also really worried it wouldn't be safe since it looks a little sketchy.
