Help please - Rival MT10 brushless - battery/charger?
Hi everyone, looking to get my son this as a present. Planning on this brushless MT10 with a 3s lipo and charger. This would be his first lipo rc car but I will supervise him with the battery. However I can’t find much info on what battery or more specifically battery connection is required.
I see lots of people online recommending Zee battery for this car, however, I can’t really find any of these available in Ireland.
I would most likely get the car from monster hopups and their most popular battery seems to be the Gens 3s. However they do a XT90 connector version and an IC5 version.
Does anyone know which would fit the Rival MT10 (I’ve heard it’s best to avoid getting an adapter if possible). Not everyone says this is a great battery, but my choices are quite limited I think.
And then I’ll need a charger. I’ve heard the Gens one below is decent, but would this one require any kind of connector adapter again with either a XT90 or IC5? Thanks in advance for anyone who can help clear up my confusion!
