Photos and comments on social media

I wanna ask a bit of a weird question but I've been wondering this for few weeks now.

My ex broke up with me month ago, blocked me 3 weeks ago but she still has photo of us on her social media and also my lovey dovey comments, she hasn't deleted any of them and I don't understand why?

Some people would say that they don't care enough to delete them but why does a person then block you from every single place possible just so I wouldn't be able to contact them but still keeps these memories.

The breakup wasn't normal, she didn't give me any closure, just sent me a quick short text and blocked me before I could respond. Even the breakup came out of the blue and I didn't expect it at all.
