PAYPAL ISSUES:😭 HELP

In context, i created my PayPal account in 2023,linked my bank account some time after that but it has not been active ever since. No transaction to or from my account,sharp!

I am set to graduate this month, so i have a loved one from Germany who wanted to send me some lil monies yesterday. We tried step by step using remitly and it never went through something about the transaction being cancelled since its not in line with their user agreement,yadayadayada!

So we opted for PayPal though i had earlier said mine hasn't been used ever since. After a couple minutes i received a notification from paypal about a couple euros sent to my account. I'm elated and i login into the app with hopes of making a withdrawal. Apparently, im hit with some blanks to fill: why was that transaction made into my account, proof of identification, a whole lot of things to do with the type of service rendered amd their proofs . I'm lost! Wdym service?? I'm just loved at home😭🤲🏽. So i tell them where the money is from and yhe say it is under review and they'll get back to me in 3 days.Cool!

Tell me why, today I'm logging into my account and lo and behold! MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN PERMANENTLY DEACTIVATED! wtfym jameni??!😭... I've tried sending an email, looking for their support center and trying to explain my situation but to no avail.

Now i have money that i won't have until maybe in 180 days / 6 months !!! I repeat maybe ! Eloi Eloi!! Mashada fangi gani jamani?! What is this!!!naskia nichukue k*** niji....

Graduation suit iko kwa fundi,funds ziko kwa hewa Please help me resolve this you've ever been in such a situation or just how to resolve and withdraw my money.😏😮‍💨.
