Another scam message but I need to vent!

I ordered an item for a Christmas event on Saturday 6th Dec, next day delivery. The event is tomorrow and no sign of delivery, completely ruined my plans. Do people start naming the companies that are using Evri so that we can avoid this from the get go?!
