Ahri build SPECIFICALLY for Kai'sa + Sett?

Hey y'all, my locals currently sees a whopping 95% attendance for Sett and Kai. Literally nothing else, and it's pretty even between those two (17 and 16).

Can someone help me theorycraft an Ahri list that is meant to deal with specifically those 2? I was even thinking the 3-drop stun unit + Leona and Rune Prisons mainboard, a green Seal, maybe even Portal to replay a stun/watcher as a combat trick.

Anyone experienced helping out would be lovely <3
