Avoid Kaplan at all costs

I'm studying for L2 with Kaplan and used Kaplan for L1 as well. There have been numerous break-downs this year (on weekend when everyone is studying!) and here we go again on tuesday morning (Europe). Just be aware that the system may not be available when you need it.
