Should I still press charges for grooming and SA?

I (26f) got groomed into continuously being sa’ed by a guy (28m) I rejected. I blocked him everywhere after realizing he was rping me. I went to the police about it for advice and collecting evidence but didnt press charges because they said it wasnt going to be an easy case and I was stressed because of my studies. Now after a month I have seen him again (sexual things happened) because he contacted me with a fake account which triggered me really bad into missing him eventhough he is the biggest loser, its just the trauma bond I think.

I have been asking for help from the SA centre and kept saying i should wait a month with therapy and see if i can process it by myself eventhough i kept asking for it and telling them i miss him and have urges to talk to him. So it happened again right before i was able to get therapy which makes this suck so bad.

So is it still smart to press charges or should i find another way to feel some type of justice? (I am from the Netherlands btw)
