Roast my Idea: Would you trust a property advisor who works only for the buyer and takes zero commission from builders
I have previously worked closely with real estate channel partners. What I observed repeatedly is that most promote projects offering higher commissions rather than the ones best suited for buyers. For a high value purchase like property, that bias can lead to expensive mistakes.
I am exploring a pure buyer side advisory model that takes zero commission and has no collaboration with builders or brokers. The goal is to help buyers make data backed decisions using pricing trends, developer credibility analysis, project comparisons and rental yield insights.
Would you pay north of 10k for unbiased property advice with zero commission dependency?
