I’ve gotten a few things with my own subliminal but I passed my driving test with a subliminal I made almost specifically how I wanted.

Sorry that the video is a little fast so here are step by step instructions and links.

1. I write my affirmations. You can write it on anything digitally like Google Docs, Notes App, etc.
2. Then I put it into a text to speech website. My favorite is notegpt.io because it has a 30,000 character maximum. You can use whatever voice. Or you can record your own affirmations.
3. I then save the text to speech to my files. I put it in a file (for organization) called tts (text to speech). I have three files. The tts, one for the finished subliminal (when I retire them), and the VLC folder (will explain later in the rest of the instructions).
4. I also name the file (again for organization).
5. Then I pick a picture from Pinterest for the thumbnail. You can make a video, or do whatever you want. For capcut you need either a picture or video to edit. You're not watching whatever you choose so it truly doesn’t matter what you put in. I do it for aesthetics.
6. I then open Capcut and select my image.
7. When selecting my affirmations. I press audio, go to “Your Audio” (the second icon/file icon), under “Your Audio” I select the second tab called “Device”, choose my audio track, then add it to my video.
8. Then I add my Hz. I used this audio but you can find one wherever. You probably could download one off TikTok or YouTube.
9. I like to add a background sound to the video. I just use one from CapCut.
10. I turn down the affirmation tape down to 20% and speed it up by x3.
11. I trim the Hz, background sound, and photo to fit the affirmation length.
12. I download the video and in the photos app. I save the video to files. But I specifically save it to the file VLC.
13. I have an app called VLC. After downloading the app and opening it, the app will automatically make a file called VLC. When you save it there it will automatically be in the app.
14. I then open the app and play my subliminal. I make sure it is on loop and adjust the volume to where I can’t hear the affirmations.
15. And Done!

Feel free to ask any questions.
