Cant we ask nintendo to give us Body Harvest ?

Dont know if anyone asked this before, but... We can't ask them to give the game in the nintendo 64 emulator ? Was a nice game and i wasnt able to finish it ( my nintendo 64 controller joystick just died ). Would love to play again.
