How long does it take for OLFU's Online Concierge system to let you log in...?

Helloooo. Out of curiosity, how long is the queue for the online concierge? I tried logging in sa Zoom credentials for Valenzuela campus and I noticed na ang tagal ng waiting time...? I'm not sure if this is common but since ayoko mag-delay for a question that can probably be answered in 1-2 minutes, I think mas better na mag-walk in na lang ulit.

That's all po. I'm just wondering if ganito lang yung experience overall sa pag-contact sa school. Specifically, through the concierge. A month ago din, I tried many times to contact the school through the official Facebook page and the other associated contact info listed sa website, but I received no responses from all of the channels I tried to contact. Maybe it depends na lang sa campus or college? I hope this isn't just me 🥲
