Please help me decide🥹

Hi. Help me decide please🙏

Currently working sa Big 4 under assurance and mag 6 months na. I can say marami ako natutunan pero kulang po talaga salary ko, esp someone from province na nag rerent sa Makati.

Now, one company is offering me for an accounting role and the salary is approx. 60% higer than my current salary. The office is just nearby sa province namin, tho mag rerent pa rin ako if ever.

I’m really torn if I should resign na ba since I need a higher pay and medyo na burn out na ako; di ko na nakikita self ko na magtatagal dito and wala na akong work life balance, or stay na muna since it’s already busy season, I still have respect for my colleagues and to gain more experience and higer market value in the near future?

Please help me, di ako makapag decide🥹
