Does anyone take hydroxyzine and propranolol?

Hi 27F and just wondering if anyone else takes hydroxyzine and propranolol? If so, how does it affect you?

For me my body gets SUPER heavy. I usually take my hydroxyzine a few hours after my propranolol when I have a panic attack. Sadly most times it makes my panic attacks worse.

I’ve been on every anti anxiety med in the world and yet doctors refuse Ativan or Xanax cause it can be addictive. But it’s the only one that actually works for me.

Just curious if those 2 meds work for y’all or if it rubs you the wrong way. Cause for me I’m torn between yes and no for myself. 🖤
