Anyone knows what causes face texture to warp during entrance and gameplay?

Hi everyone!

I just got WWE2k25 about a month ago and just started to play it recently...been really busy. I've come across a glitch of sorts where the face texture on CAS looks okay during creation but then gets warped in gameplay and entrance. Is there something triggering this? It seems to happen randomly. Once it happens, the CAS will have it permanently.
