My neighbor installed a camera pointing directly into my backyard and refuses to adjust it. What can I legally do?

Location: Oregon . So about two weeks ago my neighbor put up new security cameras. One of them is aimed right over the fence and directly faces my backyard patio. It clearly covers our entire sitting area and part of my kitchen window. I asked him politely if he could tilt it away a little since it records our family when we’re outside. He said, “It’s for my property’s protection” and refused to move it. I checked , it’s mounted on his wall, but the angle absolutely captures inside my yard. I even tested it by walking near the fence, and I saw the red motion light go on every time. It’s creepy and makes us feel like we can’t relax at home. Can I file a complaint for invasion of privacy or is it considered legal since it’s on his property? Should I talk to the police, a lawyer, or just install something to block the view? I want to handle this the right way but also don’t want to start a war with my neighbor.
