I (F29) am annoyed with my flatmate and friend (F29) because she doesn’t stop using my stuff. Any advice on how to manage the situation?

I’ve been living in the flat for 4 months. We share the flat with a M36. (I was referred to the landlord by her to rent the room). They don’t have clear rules in the flat and they don’t want to. For example food is everywhere, we don’t have assigned shelves and cleaning is not organized either. (The flat is mostly clean though).

As soon as I moved, she cleaned the fridge, throwing out many things that belonged to M36 and said “oh, we cleaned the fridge, sorry if we took out some of your things, they were damaged”. Then she started to use others food and products. For example, she hasn’t bought any oil since I moved. But, she uses our olive oil. I switched to avocado oil and coconut oil and noticed she has also been using those. We also have sunflower oil but that one is not high quality so she doesn’t touch it. She only uses expensive stuff that she doesn’t want to buy. (Her salary is aroung 900€/1000€ higher than mine (1500€)). Same with tooth paste, peanut butter, shampoos, soap, organic food, etc. Also she never buys toilet paper. The thing is we already talked about this. I told her I didn’t want her to use my stuff without my permission (because she had eaten a whole new peanut butter jar) and that if she was gonna eat it all then I expected her to rebuy what she got. She got super annoyed and told me she couldn’t believe I was annoyed by sth as simple as food… that she couldn’t believe she was not allowed to take a spoon of peanut butter (having eaten the whole jar), and that it was sth she didn’t think about and now she was gonna have to think about it… the way it ended: no solution. She said “I will never touch any of your things again”. Now she’s more discreet (doesn’t finish anything) but she continues taking stuff.
I am annoyed because I’ve to take the role of the one that has to go to the supermarket, buy the stuff and also pay it. Whilst she lives her life thinking the house provides her what she needs. I don’t know really why it bothers me that much! It damages part of my day. And I don’t know how to manage it. I was clear already and communicative but the way she took it was just not constructive. Any advice on how I can manage this? Please.
