International Lounge on HSBC TravelOne and HDFC DCP

For the HSBC TravelOne credit card, I tried to create LoungeKey account, but was getting some error due to my long name ig, contacted HSBC CC and they mentioned no need of any priority pass or LoungeKey account to access the international lounges, I can directly swipe the card at the POS.

At first he mentioned, LoungeKey account is needed, when I mentioned about my naming problem, he then said no need of that, so just wanted to confirm if anyone here using Travelone card able to access the international lounge without a Priority pass or LoungeKey account.

Also for HDFC Diners Club Privilege, there used to be 15k spend criteria in the previous quarter to be able to access the lounge, now I don't see that on the official page, is the criteria removed ?
