Should I resign from my wfh job & look for a hybrid job?

Problem/Goal: Thinking of resigning from my fully WFH job & looking for a hybrid job but I’m planning to take the board exam this year.

Context: I’m a jrinterior designer & I’ve been working for an international company na fully remote/wfh. Eto yung first job ko. Nakapa ko na ugali ng boss ko and workmates ko, and nakapag adjust na talaga ako.

What I like about my current job: ⁃ No micromanaging ⁃ I can work anywhere and sometimes I can start my work late. Halos walang overtime unless really needed which is rare. ⁃ Most of the time super chill lang niya so I get to have a lot of time for myself. Nakakapag workout ako, movies, etc. ⁃ No traffic & transpo. Saves me money & time. ⁃ I have more time and energy to study & practice for the upcoming board exam. What I don’t like about my current job ⁃ Minimum wage ⁃ More than 1 yr na ko pero never pa ko nakatikim ng pay raise. Let alone bonus. Wala nga kaming christmas bonus eh or 13 month pay. And No benefits. ⁃ Little to no growth in my field kasi purely wfh. Hindi ako nakaka experience ng site visits or meeting with the clients, construction phase. ⁃ Di ko nakikitang ineexecute gawa ko so di rin siya fulfilling. Isa pang reason bakit di siya fulfilling for me is kasi nag Interior ako para mag design for families, couples, restaurants etc. Instead, puro mga bar/gambling areas yung ginagawa namin and it makes me feel so uninspired kasi pailitulit nalang yung design. ⁃ Being at home and alone all week is negatively affecting my mental health. Wala rin akong social interactions masyado since wfh. I can’t always go to a cafe kasi magastos. I want to get out, talk to people and get like 5-10k steps in or something ⁃ As much as I love the freedom of time, My work habit is bad, I sleep and get up late to work.

Is it the right time to look for a hybrid job & resign? Medyo concern ko lang yung boards ko kasi if nag hybrid ako baka ang hirap na mag hanap ng time to study & practice. But I feel so unaccomplished. Like feeling ko sinasayang ko lang yung work ko dito kasi sure ako na when I apply for filipino firms, they’re going to want me to have more real life, local, experience.
