Tooth infection

Should I go to the doctor for these. Dental / Facial

Left upper molar chipped and partially covered by gum (was meant to be pulled last year)

Pressure spreads from jaw → forehead → behind eyes

Left cheek and under-eye area feels squishy

Facial asymmetry (left side softer)

Eye pain Eye itchiness Pain when moving eyes Headache, worse when standing or yawning Feeling heartbeat in head Pressure worsens when standing, moving suddenly, or inhaling Balance issues / feeling off-balance Fatigue Nose / Sinus Constant congestion Nasal discharge Nosebleeds Symptoms have been ongoing for days
