Airbnb Near SMX Convention Center for CPA Oathtaking (Dec 20)

Hi! I’ll be attending the CPA oathtaking at SMX Convention Center on December 20, and I’m currently looking for an affordable and legit Airbnb nearby.

Medyo hesitant ako mag-book directly via the app because of many fake hosts or duplicate listings online lately, so I’d really appreciate recommendations from people who already stayed in the area.

If you know any safe, budget-friendly Airbnbs or condos within walking distance or a short ride to SMX, please drop them below.

Preferably under ₱1,500–₱2,000 per night (negotiable)
