4 month old kitten with distemper not eating for a week

I’m crying as I am writing this post. Last Tuesday I noticed my feral unvaccinated kitten stopped eating around afternoon. I rushed her to the vet on Wednesday night. They diagnosed her with distemper and have been giving her IV fluids. The problem is, it’s been a week and she is not eating at all. She refuses even churu. Should I transfer her to another clinic?

She is alert, still enjoys petting and cheek rubs, she meows a lot, she doesn’t have secretions from her eyes or nose. She can sit and move a bit, the only problem is her appetite.
