is it ok to forget barrier spray?

i forgot my spray. my skin is literally perfect right now. ive had an ongoing fungal infection/contact dermititis for about half a year now. should i remove the bag and put barrier spray? or should i just leave it and not waste a bag? sensura mio star shaped one piece bag. eakin barrier ring.
