Opening a bar / bistro next week. Are all my ducks in a row regarding my insurance?

The Landlord wants a certificate, and the liquor license is pending. My equipment just landed and things are really shaping up (this is my first opening if the stress doesn't show in the post). I had a chat with the team at Alliance Risk and they said I need liquor liability insurance and general liability insurance.

I am wondering if I should add anything else before opening?

I would love some honest feedback from restaurateurs who have done this before
