Exfoliating help??

Okay. When i worked in a nursing home, the temp was 78 degrees by law. It was hot. I ended up getting a boil. They told me that when i get so hpt, my pores can clog and cause boils. Yhey told me exfoliating helps.

I exfoliate now. I usually use dove exfoliating body wash, but it is too expensive to use daily. Which triggered a questio ... Am i supposed to exfoliate daily? Does anybody have experience in using the exfoliating pads instead of soap? I dont know how they do in comparison.
