First period on hrt

Hiya, got my first period after a few weeks of the 50 patch and 200mg progesterone days 14 to 28. Usually my period is 2 heavy days lots of clots before turning lighter on day 3 or 4 then ending. This first one on hrt is less clots more heavy ish liquid flow but I'm on day 5 and it isn't showing any signs of stopping yet. Is this normal? My health anxiety is freaking out and I'm autistic so I hate any change to my normal routine so peri is a real struggle, all advice appreciated.
