Hey guys i’m nearing 21 now but when i was about 14/15 my left nut exploded.

(super long ago exact details can’t be remembered)

I woke up one day with extreme lower abdominal pain and my sister knew it was time to take me to the hospital when i started puking and it was a dark red colour (could be food). I went to the hospital and although i didint expect it to be my balls the doctors did check my sack and felt around it. However they told me to rest up and i believe they gave me something for the pain bc there’s no way just walking into the hospital helped me. That day i noticed my balls were genuine increasing in size and becoming really sensitive. I rmbr genuinely seeing my ball print through my shorts. After about a day my left nut literally exploded (don’t rmbr the exact moment maybe during sleep) and ever since then i’ve been walking around with one ball. for about a week after the doctors i was limping everywhere bc of how sensitive my balls we’re.

My left ball literally exploded in that i can feel around and feel what should’ve been inside my ball kind of everywhere in my sack but there still is like a little pebble that seems to have wiring still connected lol

I guess subconsciously i was really embarrassed because i literally have never told anyone close to me and although i have searched up what might have happened, not serious enough for me to go to the doctor even now that im older and dont need a parent with me.

Question is has anyone else experienced this and how would i go about checking if im still healthy and even fertile.
