Many Missing drivers

Just got a freedos 15irx9, installed windows 11 pro from Microsoft website and now I find there are many missing drivers like wifi, sound etc etc, Lenovo vantage auto update didn't detect anything, so I had to manually install the wifi driver. Is there any way to auto install all missing drivers ? Also, is there any tips/ things I should do for a new laptop ?
