Do you track long-term latency or jitter trends for external links? What tools do you use?

I’m curious how others handle long-term latency or jitter monitoring across external links or multiple carriers.
Short-term tools like ping/mtr are fine, but they don’t really capture recurring patterns or routing changes.

Do you keep historical data?
If so, what simple tools or setups do you rely on?

Not looking for anything enterprise-grade – just practical solutions.
