What do hand models do to keep their hands smooth and presentable?

for some reason i have really weathered hands all the time despite not doing any hard labor ever and it looks pretty unsightly and the skin on my hands gets irritated pretty easily which is annoying :/ it's better when my nails are freshly painted but it's still not ideal
