Best cage 4 uncut men?

I’m uncut, about 3 3/4 long flaccid. Been used to a metal cage with rungs that run lengthwise, so I can keep the cage on, get fingers in there and still peel back the foreskin and get everything clean. In your opinion, is the cobra or the viper better for this as I want to keep all the skin inside and have no interest in forcing the extra foreskin to poke out through the opening, as I see in some pics. I’m thinking N+, then getting the smallest and next to smallest ring size . Thoughts and recommendation ? TKS !!

PS: after 320 days mostly being locked. Developed severe chafing on the bottom and what appears to be maybe a subcutaneous scarring under the skin. So I think I need to try a lighter cage, and therefore I’m considering these made with risen.
