Urgent! - Quote me happy not letting me log in when put onto a certain page - i want to take out policy

Ah doesn’t let me put any screen shots in but basically when im trying to pay for the policy it takes me to a page where it says “Sorry we need more information before you can get this policy etc” thats fine, then when i go to the next page to put in the extra information, it needs me to log in and at the top it says “log in to contact us” i tried logging me, doesn’t let me just reloads the whole page and i changed password and tried the unlocking of the account but it just won’t let me - i need my car asap for work - Quote me happy connect (blackbox)
