Any EMT NSFs looking to do a 1-for-1 exchange vocation change? [SCDF]

For Context:

I've recently been posted to Paya Lebar HQ as a non-front line vocation based on my 2nd choice of my selection. My 1st being EMT I thought would be easy pickings as I met the required PES status and had a background in healthcare.

However, it seems far from easy as I got posted to the other side of EWL/SG as a more office work-like vocation.

The work atmosphere is great, the people are really nice and the workload is reasonable and fair. On the other hand, as a west-sider, this is not sustainable for me to survive till ORD 💀💀 (crazy distance + no interest in work)

My occifer is down to let me go for a 1-for-1 exchange but most of my batchmates had just ended their EMT exams and they have no plans to change..

Any advice or questions just ask awayy 🙏🙏

Note: I know some peeps in office are gonna see this...leave me alone man 😒
