Blueprints from Tumbleweeds droprate?

Wiki states blueprint droprate from tumble weeds is 1%. However testing on 5 different playthroughs I've consistently got 3-5 blueprints from what feels like 20-30 tumbleweeds. It's feeling a lot closer to 5 or 10% droprate right now. I didn't count the tumbleweeds opened but I'm confident it's far lower than the 300+ that the listed 1% droprate would indicate for the 3+ recipes I'm getting on each playthrough before day 20.

Are other people also experiencing this?
Is this a bug?

Side note, some of these blue prints have been awesome.

It's making a dragonfly base even more appetizing right now. one playthrough I got a wooden chair that let me get Pearls quests done without needing to find and prototype it from the ruins first.

I also got bundling wrap day 16 from a tumbleweed.. didn't know that was a possibility, and makes this feel like a rare but nice way to get bundling wrap without having to bee queen for people who find bossing rough.
