Second Try: Seeking not upscale Chinese Restaurant IN THE 20s/30s on the WEST side

I was originally looking for a Chinese restaurant along the west side from 30s to 60s NOT as far East as Times Square.

You awesome people gave me some great ideas and I Thank you! But it's clear that all the restaurants are just too close to Theatre District/Times Square for a Saturday and needing parking.

So if I may, let's change it up: How about a NOT expensive/fancy Chinese restaurant in the 20s/30s on the WEST side?

Need to get a table for about six early Saturday night and I'd love it if there’s street parking but most IMPORTANTLY need it to be near a garage or two open to, say, 11 PM.

Critical as a couple of us are disabled. THANK YOU
