Which biologic to choose?

Hi everyone! I have recently been oficially diagnosed with Crohns (after having symptoms for over 7 years). My insurance denied Skyrizi (I had high hopes after reading everyone’s good experience with it so I am pretty upset I can’t start it), so now my doctor proposed Stelara. He also said I can choose Humira or Remicade

I am not sure what to choose because my symptoms are pretty bad, I can’t eat much, nauseous every day, loose stools and tummy aches, and my body does not do well at all on steroids so i’m pretty much left to wait until the biologic starts working. I have heard Stelara can take months and I am not sure I can deal with these symptoms for so long as I have already lost weight and struggle to eat. Any suggestions/personal stories are very very much appreciated!!
