Guy crushed under the vending machine revived me, lol

Those of you who know the Vend of the Line side mission, know the section where a guy is crushed under a vending machine, and you have to ask him to buy 2 purples and 2 oranges for you, after which he dies.

Well, I was doing this mission and was standing close by listening to them talk at the point where he is about to die completely and killed myself due to shooting a gas tank. Amusingly enough, the guy that revived me, was the crushed person, sliding from underneath the vending machine, and then reviving me. Then he promptly disappeared as the mission is meant to kill him off 😂

It could have been any other NPC, but no, had to be this one.
