Help (assignment + apprenticeship)

Hello, out of 4 compulsory coures and 3 electives, the website has released only 2 compulsory and 1 elective course's assignments for my program (PGD in Book Publishing), is this normal? Do assignments come in batches or is there some error? Also, we have to do an internship/apprenticeship of one month for this course, any advice on this? I've made countless calls/emails to IGNOU and my RC - no help. If someone who has gone through this please guide in some way, that would be very helpful.
