Can you recommend me a guitar?

I have a low budget (around 300-400 dollars) and also I'm not a guitarist. I'll only use this guitar to produce songs and play some songs that I like. I'm thinking ibanez grg or ltd esp mh-10/ Viper 10. Which one should I buy? Do you have any other recommendations?
