Mom's unexpected encounter with a coworker at the sauna

So last Sunday me and my cousin (who's in town for job and is staying with us) went to a local sauna. But this time my mom decided to join. Now we're not a nudist family but a clothing optional one, so mostly it's just me and cousin who stay naked at home. But recently we've all been experiencing a severe cold wave and for that reason mom decided to join us. Now this was the first time she was going nude at a social nudist space and therefore was quite anxious.

However, things became more awkward when we came across her coworker! Thing is, no one outside our closed circle knows that we are nudists. So the encounter was... quite unexpected for her. The coworker was equally surprised but since he was with his wife he didn't spend much time talking to us. Just basic "oh right expect you here" . However, it was enough for mom to freak out and she had to leave early leaving only me and cousin at the sauna.

Now where we live, nudity is a taboo and now she's way more anxious about our clothes free household. How do I ease her up? Should I tell her to directly to talk to the coworker? And how do I convince her to do that?
