Zigbee and Matter at once?

Unfortunately I had some issues logging in with my normal account, therefor I am using this newly created account.

I have been using HomeAssistant now for a couple of years. Running on a Raspberry pi together with ZBT-1. I currently only run Zigbee devices.

I just helped my father setup his smart home from scratch, also using HomeAssistant.

He purchased the ZBT-2, and a couple of devices.

Most of the devices he bought were using Zigbee, but some of the new Aqara product he got were matter devices.

He could successfully connect his Zigbee devices, but not any matter devices.

After some research we found out that you cannot use ZBT-2 for Zigbee AND matter simultaneously, you had to set your ZBT for either one or the other.

He does not have any AppleTV.

What would be the best way to incorporate both Zigbee and Matter at the same time?
Would it work for him to just get another ZBT-2 to plugin to his HomeAssistant green?

Any other recommendations?

I have a AppleTV myself, so I guess I won't be running into the same problem for upcoming matter devices.
