I prayed the salah for the first time and had a bad reaction

i don’t know what just happened. yesterday i prayed the salah ( all except for Fajr) I haven’t taken the shahada yet bc i’ve been struggling with feelings of unworthiness and i was worried that was too soon as i just started reading the Quran a few days ago. the prayers went well i felt good, then i go to sleep and wake up a few hours later in a full blown panic attack i felt awful. I was hot then cold and shaking i couldn’t calm myself down. It felt like allah was punishing me i don’t understand why that’d happen i called the ambulance cus i felt so bad and it took an hour for my body to calm down with my panic attack meds. is there a chance god punishing me for doing the prayers before taking my shahada or satan trying to steer me away im just so confused.
