Clarity on Exit Clause After Booking Flat

Hi,

I wanted to understand what are the exit clause norms normally followed by any A category builder like Prestige, Purvankara Shobha Godrej, Sattva etc after I book a flat and cancel it due to unavoidable circumstances. How much do they charge and is there any way to get around that.
